In our coaching process, we illuminate shadows, the untransparent or unconscious, bringing new things to light. You may get „enlightened“! Through shaking, ballast is shed, and concrete areas of action gain clarity. And you decide how and where to go next, so you get moving
For me, Leadership means both leading oneself and leading others. Or as per Benedict of Nursia: "Whoever wants to lead must first lead themselves." Leadership Coaching is therefore also about strengthening leadership skills through self-efficacy and self-management.
