Just like training in sports, my coaching highlights physical, mental, and systemic routines<\/strong> that have an impact when practiced and applied regularly.
\nA sports coach (=trainer) doesn't score goals; only a player can do that. The coachee is decisive for success in coaching.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Just like playing music, our \"song\" emerges during coaching, in interaction, uniquely and with improvisation, especially as in jazz.<\/div><\/div>
